For deliveries, your parcels must be clearly labeled with the following information:
- Your company name
- Name of the stand manager present on-site
- Name of the A3P event
- Attention to Aquatis hotel, event A3P
A storage area will be available for exhibitors throughout the event.
For the return of materials, all parcels must be repackaged on-site. It is essential that your parcels are easily identifiable by the carrier. Please indicate at least the following information:
- Your company name and address
- Contact details of your company’s reference person
- Name of the A3P event
Parcels not collected during the specified hours below will be subject to storage fees.
A3P and the event venue disclaim all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage of parcels during transport. It is the responsibility of your company to take out insurance, if necessary, to cover the shipped material.
Furthermore, if parcels are not collected on the scheduled days and times, neither the organizer nor the event venue can be held responsible for the exhibitor’s left-behind materials or their return shipment.
